The warranty and operating conditions of the goods can be found on the instruction manuals and warranty booklet which are enclosed to the products. Warranty claims can only be enforced, if the customer present the invoice.
The buyer gets the ownership right upon payment of the full purchase price, until that the buyer can not sell the goods and is responsible for the overall security of the equipment.
In the case of quantitative and qualitative legitimate excuse, we fulfill our warranty obligations in accordance with legal regulations. The compulsory warranty period is 12 months, which may be extended upon special request.
